The series includes samizdat materials collected by Tibor Philipp, as well as preparatory materials collected during their production.
The members of Group Inconnu were in contact with various groups of the Hungarian democratic opposition movement since the early 80s, and many of them actively participated in the production and distribution of samizdat publications. Tibor Philipp's brother-in-law, György Krassó was the founder of the Hungarian October Free Press Publishing House. The series contains samizdat collected by Tibor Philipp. The interesting feature of the collection is that in addition to the more well-known publications, there are also materials produced in lower volume, including some publications by Alulnézet Publishing House. There are several alternative press products published under the care of the Hungarian October Free Press, as well as some preparatory materials. In addition, other Hungarian emigrant publications, as well as several issues of Bécsi Napló and Irodalmi Újság, and samizdat materials of the Polish opposition movement are also included. The thematic focus of the series is environmental protection (Túlélés - Survival), the refusal of military service on a moral basis (some publications by Dezerter, Alulnézet), the situation of the Polish opposition movement and the memory of the 1956 revolution. In addition to published samizdat, the series contains a large box of used stencil sheets. In November 2019 the series has been further expanded. As a part of this accrual four more boxes of samizdat materials have been placed at the end of the series.
The series is arranged alphabetiacally. At the end of the series, stencil papers are contained in one oversize box.
