Materials in this series consist of primary legislation, that is Constitutions, draft Constitutions, constitutional laws, some ordinary laws and decrees. In addition, materials contain decisions of Constitutional Courts of the respective countries and working materials on the constitutional process (parliamentary records, advisory opinions of constitutional law professors, etc.)

Materials are arranged alphabeticaly by countries, and are in most cases in native languages, or occasionally are translated into English.
