The files contain newspaper clippings from western, mostly American, press and news agency releases that cover the political and ideological development of the world communist movement, the war in Indo-China, the Cuban revolution, the Communist parties of the Soviet Union, the Eastern Bloc, China and the United States and the movement of so-called “non-aligned" nations. There are also multiple files and brochures on Agriculture, Economic Conditions and Policy, Intellectual life, Population, Prisons and Youth. Of particular interest are the files on Human Rights, Minorities, Concentration Camps and Resistance and a number of booklets and bulletins edited and published by various anti-Communist groups or organizations in the United States.
