With an addition "45 who believed" dated May 12, 1981 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the founding of the Moscow Helsinki Watch Group by Yuri Orlov. "Eleven members of the Moscow, Ukrainian, and Armenian Helsinki Watch Groups were in custody awaiting trial at the time that '39 who believed' was published. We provide here addenda on their trials and sentences".
With another addition "News from Helsinki Watch", May 12, 1981. "New arrests since the publication of '45 who believed'." "Our publications can hardly keep pace with the new arrests of our counterparts in the Soviet Union."
